100,000+ pieces. We currently reside in a 10,000 sq ft building with 5 Citizen Swiss Turning Centers(up to 7-axis), CNC boring mill, 3-axis CNC mill, 2 Horz Maulty Pallet, 4-axis CNC machining
center, CNC turning centers, Saws, Lathes, Grinders, Manual Milling machines and 2 wire EDM machines. We also are capable of Bead Blasting parts. A complete listing of our plant machines is
available upon request. Our inspection equipment includes J&L Optical comparators, gage blocks, pins, black granite surface plate, and a Nikon 60x microscope. Some of our specialty areas
include mold components & vibratory finishing, long/short run productions, hard turning, high precision machining and prototypes. Some of our exotic plastics include Delren, Torlon, Troylon,
