any consultancy in any of the below services, we are in service to make any professional advice you need, including investigation on the market parameters, or any technical detail before serial
productions.
• Consultancy Services to Suppliers : If any supplier of us needs any consultancy for foundry management or for any technical solution, then we are ready to use our experience to
create absolutely competent advices including our services to increase their exporting abilities up to the required levels in the international markets.
• Design for new Products & Processes :
We are capable of developing new designs for any casting product, or for new procedure for the production of existing designs to increase the efficiency of any process, including risering & gating
designs under the influence of 3-D CAD & CAM technologies.
• Pattern Production : We believe that Patterns are the stones at the start of the pathway we will walk through during the entire
quality production. So, Arke Industries has established its own Patternshop where the most experienced technicians and engineers of the domestic market are employed and where the most recent
technology is used. The material list for the patterns is generally as follows:
? Dried wood of special kinds
? Layered wooden plates
? Special plastic materials, epoxy-araldite
adhesives.
? Aluminum or other suitable non-ferrous metals
? Foam materials, just for one-off usages.
• Casting : Our core business is supplying quality controlled casting parts.
Together with our network of partners and suppliers, we are capable of offering you extensive range of cast iron products. Pig Cast Iron, Nodular Cast Iron, Plain Carbon Steels, Alloyed Steels, High
Alloyed Stainless Steels, Wear Resistant Parts, Heat Resistant Parts, Ni-Hard and Alloyed Steels for Special Purposes for any industries and applications. The weight range is from 0.05 kg to 30000 kg
per piece, where the quantity range is from single one piece up to your requirements.
• Machining : One of the groups of our suppliers is machineshops. So, that makes Arke Industries
capable of quoting mechanically treated operations to our cast parts. Nevertheless, the team feels themselves very much familiar with the international standards and tolerances for any kind of
machining process.
• Quality Control : It is the only absolute trigger of our operations and processes. Not only the parts, but also production paths of the suppliers are under the audit of
