Metal Industries was established in 1986 and currently operates out of a 30,000 square foot facility in Pickering, Ontario. Our highly skilled staff operates two shifts daily, which enables us the flexibility to meet and/or exceed our customer needs.

Our Company has built a reputation for customer satisfaction. We are committed to continuous improvement in pre-production planning and high performance manufacturing. We are equipped with the latest technology and qualified personnel to meet the needs of our customer’s fabrication and laser cutting requirements.

Our production capabilities include complete metal fabrication from raw material to finished parts. We provide precise and versatile laser cutting to large capacity requirements of up to 1/4” Aluminum, 3/4” Mild Steel and 5/8” Stainless Steel. A.P.S. Metal Industries Inc. specializes in stainless steel manufactured products with finishes ranging from 2B to Mirror. With three Trumpf L-3030, 4000 watt laser cutters we offer a productive mix of speed, versatility and precision cutting. Flying optics allow the cutting head to move while the material stays flat on the table ensuring maximum performance and precision. Dual 60”x120” material beds on ea laser allows for faster material handling. State of the art software provides nesting capabilities that maximize material yield thus reducing the cost of waste.

Equipped with numerous welding stations, a complete machine shop, nine brake presses, hardware inserters, shearing and notching capabilities, single station punch presses, and a well-equipped clean-up area complete with deburring machinery, we provide a competitive edge in producing parts that meet customer specifications and time constraints.

We service a wide variety of industries including: - Food Processing Equipment, Hoppers, Chutes, Mixers, etc… - Conveyor System Parts - Environmental Products - Packaging Machinery Parts - Electronic Enclosure and Cabinets - Lighting fixtures - Specializing in stainless steel Products

Our standard lead-time is two weeks, but in some cases, to meet urgent customer needs, we can supply the required parts within days or even hours.
