Incorporated in 1978, A.H. Harley & Son Inc. provides high quality CNC Milling for prototype and production runs, and also provides turning, grinding and Sinker EDM services.
We prefer to
work with aluminum and plastics, but will work with stainless, aluminum, engineering plastics (g10, ultem 1000, ultem 2300, delrin, and steel, as well.
We serve the computer, automotive, light
industrial, and aircraft industries.
We have two facilities:
A Prototype shop, with 1200 sq ft building with Tree 325 Journeyman CNC mill, 13 inch Do-all manual lathe.
Production
shop: 2400 sq ft building with 1 Haas VF 1(20X16X20 xyz) CNC Mill, 3 Haas VF-2(30X16X20 xyz) CNC mills, Chevalier Sinker EDM, Tatung automatic surface grinder.
We can hold tolerances to +/-
.0003, and our ideal run quantity is 50-500 pieces.
For programming we use Mastercam X which is extremely compatible with your Autocad(dxf,dwg) and Solidworks(sldprt, sldasm) files.
