coatings and sputtering, PECVD coating...etc. Partnering with a North American plasma vacuum deposition (PVD) manufacturer, we can offer our customers a wide range of wear resistant coatings superior
to other technologies and manufacturers products. The coatings have been designed for several industrial applications in aerospace, automotive, power generation, oil and gas and pharmaceutical
industries.
In the automotive tooling industry the anti-wear properties of the coatings together with their low coefficient of friction increase the life of the stamping dies, moulds, extrusion
dies, forging tools and cutting tools. Using the proprietary PECAP coating process we can extend the life by several times more compared to more standard physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical
vapour deposition (CVD) and thermal diffusion (TD) processes which others offer you. Moreover the coating can be reapplied multiple times on the same tool without reducing the tool longevity between
the re-coatings. The same tool can be used longer periods of time and tool ownership costs are thus lower.
Components in transmission system pumps and valves benefit also from the good tribological
properties of the coatings when working in extreme environmental conditions: speed, load, limited lubrication.
Using the same technology erosion resistance coatings are produced for parts working
in sand environment. The tests performed by major gas turbine engine OEM’s demonstrated that the life of the parts is increased more than 20x. Components working in oil extraction industry can also
benefit from this product.
Your parts can be delivered from the metal manufacturing plant to our partner’s facility and coated prior to further delivery within the American continents. If you are
procuring inexpensive metal parts from Asia (China, India…etc), but are not satisfied with the coatings or suspect the quality, simply have them be shipped to our partner’s site for this critical
secondary process.
For large quantities or at remote locations, we offer you the coating equipment and technology to deposit hard coatings. We train your operators, commission the installation and
maintain the system, supply upgrades, audit the quality. The systems we offer are fully automated, high reliability and efficiency 3-shift capable workhorses. Examples of coatings are Titanium,
Chromium, Zirconium, Titanium/Aluminum - based Nitrides, Carbides and Carbonitrides, Molybdenum Disulfide or Carbon (Diamond-Like-Carbon DLC) dry lubricant included in multilayer coatings, Oxides,
Nanotechnology and multiple technologies capability.

8.) Optical coatings, filters, optical components such as prisms, lenses, beamsplitters, attenuators, gratings, waveguide and fiberoptic assemblies.

for cleaning and conditioning of substrates such as deionized water tanks, plasma cleaning chambers, heat treatment furnaces, chemical treatment equipment for material processing, welding, soldering
