| ACCI Industries provides world-class contract manufacturing of metal components and sub-assemblies to a variety of OEM, industrial, government and military customers. ACCIs focus on long-term,
continuous production offers benefits that include reduced cycle times, lower inventory carry costs, faster time to market and superior quality. Our services include laser, high definition plasma
and oxy cutting, bending, welding and fabrication, custom CNC machining, forging, deep draw, stamping, and powder coating and finishing. Meeting our customers quality requirements is achieved
through precise coordination between our engineering and manufacturing teams, utilizing the principles of Six Sigma. Our goal is to become a world leader in component part manufacturing.
Manufacturing Capacities:
ACCI Industries is comprised of a team of over 100 people dedicated to servicing the needs of our customers. Our facility operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a
week. Our manufacturing competencies are focused in the following areas:
CNC Machining: Our machining department is supported utilizing seven CNC lathes and four CNC Mills. Materials
are routed into the CNC machining operation through our sawing and staging area.
CNC Lathes Maximum Working Envelop: 22.04 inch swing diameter x 43.10 inch part length (3) Mazak Super

Screw Machining Capability 3.25 max bar diameter
Laser Sheet Processing: Two state of the
art laser systems were installed in January 2005. These lasers enable us to cut faster, thicker, more accurate parts with superior edge quality. The lasers are loaded and unloaded using an automatic
sheet handling system, which results in more laser uptime. A CNC Press Brake accompanies this laser cell to finish parts to their final shape. (2) MITSUBISHI 3015 LVP 40CFX with EL4

Powder Coating & finishing: ACCI Industries finishes its manufactured products utilizing an in-house powder coating line or by
managing the finish requirements using qualified vendors.
Window Size: 50 wide x 60 high Maximum Part Length: 20 feet Sandblasting, masking, assembly and packaging processes also
performed.
Stamping Department: Our stamping department utilizes the capacity of twenty-three (23) mechanical & hydraulic presses capacities ranging from 30 tons to 2000 tons. Press feed
equipment is incorporated in many of the stamping cells.
Die Space (Maximum): 48 F-B x 96 L-R Stroke: 16 inches Daylight (SDAU): 40 inches
Welding: Multiple
welding cells are in place to assemble component parts into sub-assemblies or final assemblies. We have the capability to weld most ferrous and non-ferrous metals utilizing MIG and TIG welding
practices on stationary and welding lathe platforms. Panasonic Robotic Welding Cell infomation coming soon!
Engineering: Our in-house engineering and programming team utilizes the
following CAD/CAM platforms to design for and support the manufacturing team:
*AutoCAD 2000i *CADKey *TekSoft CAM *MasterCAM *Mitsubishi Diamondsoft LS2 2d Cam, 2d Cad, DXF/IGES
Import, DNC Software
Quality Assurance: ACCI Industries achieved ISO9001:2000 certification on December 22, 2005 (Global Registrars #389). Our QA department is supported with numerous
inspection tools and instruments, including:
*Instron (Satec) MATS II Material Testing System Model U MII 60HVL *Rockwell Testing *Optical Comparator *Various Gages and Gauging
systems *CMM (Sheffield Discovery D-28; 30-x, 40-y, 24-z, .00004 resolutions, .00012 repeatability)
Tool & Die Department: An in-house tool & die department is in place to build new
and maintain existing tooling. This department utilizes manual and CNC equipment covering grinding, milling and turning processes.
