Considering the procedures and precautions taken in manufacturing,
we want to make certain our bearings reach their destination in high quality condition. Great care is taken to box and protect the product from abrasion and oxidation. Bearings packaged for shipment
are identified to meet customer specifications.
After machining and grinding operations are complete, all bearings undergo extremely rigid quality control inspection procedures, including the
use of ultrasonic testing. These procedures provide the highest degree of accuracy while assuring that the bearings conform to customer specifications. Bearings that pass these tests are of the
highest quality and deserve our A-1 Babbitt Quality Stamp of Approval.
