| A&S Machining, Inc., is a machine shop located in Washington, NC specializing in building fixtures and high precision gauges. We have worked with products from all industries and materials including
many tool steels that we harden and grind. We utilize the best in equipment including lathes, mills with 2-axis CNC, cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, MMS, jig bore machines, and others. We
operate in a small, clean shop and have low overhead to provide our customers with the lowest possible price for their machined parts. All of your parts are inspected and with the 80 years of
machining experience, we can guarantee your product will be machined to print and specifications. If a customer is not satisfied for any reason, the job will be redone at our expense. A&S Machining
has a great reputation for providing the best in fixtures and high precision gauges and want to extend that experience into our customer’s precision machined components. During our many years of
business, we have helped make design changes and modifications to fixtures at Stanadyne that brought scrap down to zero and can work with difficult parts as well. We can offer and easier way to
