This is a removable insert - a shelled part 1/8" thick that
fits into a mold to enable negative
drafts to be pulled. The detail of the exterior is
important, but the interior is not because the
only intent of shelling it is to reduce weight. Please give
me quotes for foam, mdf, wood, plastic or any material suitable in making a casted part from
metal at a foundry. Additionally, I’m also interested in making it out of a solid block of metal
such aluminum and steel. Please quote me for both methods if possible.
