Customer Showcase Program: Highlighting the Success of Our Customers


What is the Customer Showcase Program?

MFG.com's Customer Showcase Program (CSP) is designed to highlight how organizations are using and benefiting from MFG.com solutions.

CSP is an elite program designed for those active Buyers and Suppliers that are truly excelling within the MFG.com community. CSP Members come from a variety of backgrounds and hold a range of positions from purchasing professionals and engineers to shop owners and machinists.

The purpose of CSP is for MFG.com to give back to its elite customers in the form of discounts, industry exposure, exclusive access and membership appreciation.

CSP is an invite-only program. All CSP Members have been hand-selected by MFG.com representatives. CSP Members are both Buyers and Suppliers that are truly excelling both within and outside of the MFG.com community.

Please note that if at any time a Buyer or Supplier's rating falls below a 4.0, they will be removed from the program and will have the ability to rejoin the program after 90 days.


What are the Benefits for Suppliers?


Renewal Discounts

Suppliers will receive a $100 discount on their renewal (up to $300 annually) for each CSP activity in which they participate. For example, if a customer decides to participate in an MFG.com case study and a CSP beta panel, they will receive $200 off their renewal.

Industry Exposure

Suppliers will have the opportunity to be featured in MFG.com Buyer newsletters, case studies, press releases, quotes and media briefings. CSP Members have the ability to gain recognition on a global scale increasing their visibility within the manufacturing industry.

Exclusive Access

CSP Members will have exclusive access to MFG.com Buyer events, industry best practices, newsletters, high-level industry news and Web casts in addition to information regarding new MFG.com Buyers.

Membership does have its benefits! Since we realize participation requires valuable time and resources on your part - CSP Members will enjoy the many reward perks that we make available throughout the year to our participants.


What are the Benefits for Buyers?



Expedited RFQs

CSP Buyers will have expedited release of their RFQs, allowing for posting of RFQs more efficiently and effectively.

Exclusive Access

CSP members will have exclusive access to MFG.com events, industry best practices, newsletters and Web casts. In addition, CSP Members will have the opportunity to participate in MFG.com customer panels enabling them to give direct input to MFG.com as well as preview new MFG.com value-added features.

Assistance Sourcing Abroad

In the instance that a CSP Member wishes to source abroad, MFG.com will help the Buyer facilitate conversations and build relationships with Suppliers. This assistance includes helping bridge language barriers as well as facilitating site visits if necessary.
