Controlled Distribution - MFG.com gives you complete control over RFQ distribution. On the site, the system automatically matches your RFQs to suppliers with the right expertise, capability and capacity. In addition, you also have the ability to personally choose the individual suppliers you want to receive your RFQ. You can even include your existing suppliers who are not yet part of the MFG.com system.
Online NDA - MFG.com gives you the ability to require suppliers to electronically sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to gaining access to your drawings. All the signatures are stored digitally and archived for future reference.
2nd Level NDA - Sometimes just having a previously unknown supplier sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is not enough. MFG.com provides you with the ability to review NDA signatures and perform supplier due diligence prior to granting access to your proprietary data. With the 2nd Level NDA a supplier only gains access once they have signed your NDA, you have reviewed their signature and explicitly granted them access.
